Media Services)\u9080\u8bf7\u4e13\u5bb6\u4e0e\u5c11\u6570\u65cf\u88d4\u5a92\u4f53\u4e3e\u884c\u7f51\u4e0a\u7b80\u62a5\u4f1a\u8bae\uff08\u201cAmerican Democracy in Decline: Are We on the Verge of a Constitutional Crisis?\u201d\uff09\uff0c\u53d1\u8a00\u8005\u5408\u4f5c\u8ba8\u8bba\u8fd9\u4e2a\u4e3b\u9898\uff1a\u7f8e\u56fd\u6c11\u4e3b\u7684\u8870\u843d\uff1a\u6211\u4eec\u662f\u5426\u5904\u65bc\u5baa\u6cd5\u5371\u673a\uff1f\u201c\uff0c\u4ee5\u5e2e\u52a9\u8bfb\u8005\u4e86\u89e3\u5176\u8de1\u50cf\u4ee5\u53ca\u5982\u4f55\u62a5\u5bfc\u8fd9\u4e2a\u53ef\u80fd\u5728 Masket\uff09\u4ecb\u7ecd\u4e86\u56db\u79cd\u53ef\u80fd\u5bfc\u81f4\u5baa\u6cd5\u5371\u673a\u7684\u60c5\u5883\uff1a\u5baa\u6cd5\u6307\u4ee4\u4e0d\u660e\u786e\u3001\u653f\u6cbb\u884c\u52a8\u4e0d\u53ef\u884c\u3001\u673a\u6784\u5931\u8d25\u548c\u653f\u6cbb\u610f\u613f\u7f3a\u5931\u3002\u9996\u5148\uff0c\u5baa\u6cd5\u6ca1\u6709\u660e\u786e\u6307\u793a\u5982\u4f55\u5e94\u5bf9\u67d0\u4e9b\u60c5\u51b5\u65f6\u53ef\u80fd\u5f15\u53d1\u7684\u5371\u673a\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u8fc7\u53bb\u7f8e\u56fd\u603b\u7edf\u6b7b\u4ea1\u65f6\u7684\u7ee7\u4efb\u95ee\u9898\u3002\u63a5\u7740\uff0c\u4ed6\u8ba8\u8bba\u4e86\u5baa\u6cd5\u672c\u8eab\u7684\u89c4\u5b9a\u4e0d\u660e\u786e\u65f6\u6240\u5bfc\u81f4\u7684\u5371\u673a\uff0c\u6bd4\u598219\u4e16\u7eaa\u65f6\u5173\u4e8e\u8054\u90a6\u653f\u5e9c\u662f\u5426\u53ef\u4ee5\u9650\u5236\u6216\u5e9f\u9664\u5dde\u5185\u5974\u96b6\u5236\u7684\u95ee\u9898\u3002\u7b2c\u4e09\u79cd\u5371\u673a\u662f\u673a\u6784\u5931\u8d25\uff0c\u5982\u653f\u5e9c\u5173\u95e8\u4e8b\u4ef6\u3002\u6700\u540e\uff0c\u4ed6\u8c08\u5230\u4e86\u5baa\u6cd5\u660e\u786e\u89c4\u5b9a\u8981\u505a\u7684\u4e8b\uff0c\u4f46\u653f\u6cbb\u4e0a\u4e0d\u53ef\u884c\u7684\u60c5\u51b5\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u5f39\u52be\u7a0b\u5e8f\u7684\u96be\u5ea6\uff0c\u8fd9\u53ef\u80fd\u662f\u5f53\u524d\u6700\u76f8\u5173\u7684\u5371\u673a\u7c7b\u578b\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u4e39\u4f5b\u5927\u5b66\u653f\u6cbb\u5b66\u7cfb\u6559\u6388\u3001\u7f8e\u56fd\u653f\u6cbb\u4e2d\u5fc3\u4e3b\u4efb\u585e\u65af\u00b7\u9a6c\u65af\u514b\u7279\u8bc4\u8bba\u8bf4\uff0c\u7279\u6717\u666e\u662f\u4e00\u4f4d\u975e\u5e38\u6709\u7ade\u4e89\u529b\u7684\u5019\u9009\u4eba\uff0c\u4ed6\u627f\u8bfa\u7684\u4e8b\u60c5\u53ef\u80fd\u4f1a\u524a\u5f31\u6c11\u4e3b\uff0c\u201c\u6211\u8ba4\u4e3a\u7279\u6717\u666e\u53ef\u80fd\u6b63\u5728\u5a01\u80c1\u66f4\u591a \u6c11\u4e3b\u6bd4\u5baa\u6cd5\u672c\u8eab\u66f4\u91cd\u8981\u5417\uff1f<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5baa\u6cd5\u65b9\u9762\u5e94\u8be5\u4ee5\u6cd5\u5f8b\u56e2\u7ed3\u793e\u4f1a\uff0c\u5c3d\u7ba1\u5b58\u5728\u5dee\u5f02\uff0c\u4f46\u73b0\u5b9e\u662f\u5baa\u6cd5\u6240\u8bf4\u7684\u4e0e\u6c11\u4e3b\u4e4b\u95f4\u5b58\u5728\u5f88\u5927\u5dee\u8ddd\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5373\u5c06\u5230\u6765\u7684\u9009\u4e3e\u9700\u8981\u8003\u8651\u7684\u4e00\u4e2a\u95ee\u9898\u662f\uff0c\u7f8e\u56fd\u7684\u4eba\u53e3\u6b63\u5728\u53d1\u751f\u53d8\u5316\uff0c\u767d\u4eba\u6b63\u5728\u5931\u53bb\u6743\u529b\u3002 \u52302045\u5e74\uff0c\u9884\u8ba1\u7f8e\u56fd\u8054\u90a680%\u7684\u5c45\u6c11\u5c06\u662f\u9ed1\u4eba\uff0c\u8fd9\u5fc5\u5c06\u6539\u53d8\u8fd9\u4e2a\u56fd\u5bb6\u7684\u672a\u6765\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u7f8e\u56fd\u81ea1965\u5e74\u4ee5\u6765\u4e00\u76f4\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u591a\u79cd\u65cf\u7684\u6c11\u4e3b\u56fd\u5bb6\uff0c\u5b83\u6bd4\u4f60\u60f3\u8c61\u7684\u66f4\u52a0\u8106\u5f31\uff0c\u201c\u5728\u67d0\u79cd\u7a0b\u5ea6\u4e0a\uff0c\u4e00\u4e2a\u529f\u80fd\u6027\u7684\u6c11\u4e3b\u56fd\u5bb6\u5305\u62ec\u4e00\u4e2a\u613f\u610f\u5931\u8d25\u5e76\u80fd\u591f\u63a5\u53d7\u8fd8\u6709\u4e0b\u4e00\u6b21\u7684\u653f\u515a\uff0c\u201d\u8d5b\u65af\u8bc4\u8bba\u9053\u3002
