\u5df2\u7372\u5f97\u52a0\u5dde\u4ea4\u901a\u5b89\u5168\u90e8\u9580California Office of Traffic Safety (OTS) \u63d0\u4f9b\u7684 224 \u842c\u7f8e\u5143\u64a5\u6b3e\uff0c\u7528\u65bc\u6539\u5584\u4ea4\u901a\u5b89\u5168\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u5efa\u7acb\u65b0\u7684\u5340\u57df\u5b89\u5168\u8cc7\u6599\u5206\u6790\u548c\u5efa\u6a21\u5e73\u53f0\uff0c\u7e7c\u7e8c\u9032\u884c\u5340\u57df\u5b89\u5168\u5de5\u4f5c\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u4ea4\u901a\u5b89\u5168\u548c\u793e\u5340\u53c3\u8207\u8a08\u5283 \u201cGo Human\u201d\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5357\u52a0\u5dde\u662f\u7f8e\u570b\u884c\u4eba\u548c\u9a0e\u81ea\u884c\u8eca\u8005\u53d7\u50b7\u548c\u6b7b\u4ea1\u4eba\u6578\u6700\u9ad8\u7684\u5730\u5340\u4e4b\u4e00\u3002 SCAG \u5730\u5340 6 \u500b\u7e23\uff08\u5e1d\u570b\u7e23\u3001\u6d1b\u6749\u78ef\u7e23\u3001\u6a58\u90e1\u3001\u6cb3\u6ff1\u7e23\u3001\u8056\u8c9d\u7d0d\u8fea\u8afe\u7e23\u548c\u6587\u5716\u62c9\u7e23\uff09\u7684\u4ea4\u901a\u4e8b\u6545\u4e2d\uff0c\u5e73\u5747\u6bcf\u5929\u6709\u8d85\u904e 4 \u4eba\u6b7b\u4ea1\u300116 \u4eba\u91cd\u50b7\u3002\u5118\u7ba1\u50c5\u4f54\u6240\u6709\u51fa\u884c\u7684 3%\uff0c\u4f46\u6b65\u884c\u6216\u9a0e\u81ea\u884c\u8eca\u9020\u6210\u7684\u6b7b\u4ea1\u548c\u91cd\u50b7\u537b\u4f54 32%\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u6700\u8fd1\u6388\u4e88\u7684\u5169\u7b46 OTS \u64a5\u6b3e\u4e2d\u7684\u4e00\u9805\u70ba 887,976 \u7f8e\u5143\uff0c\u5c07\u652f\u63f4\u5728\u516d\u500b\u7e23\u958b\u767c\u5340\u57df\u4ea4\u901a\u5b89\u5168\u8cc7\u6599\u5206\u6790\u548c\u78b0\u649e\u9810\u6e2c\u5efa\u6a21\u5e73\u53f0\u3002\u63d0\u6848\u4e2d\u7684\u5e73\u53f0\u5c07\u5177\u5099\u5c0d\u5357\u52a0\u5dde\u591a\u5f0f\u806f\u904b\u7cfb\u7d71\u7684\u5b89\u5168\u98a8\u96aa\u9032\u884c\u5efa\u6a21\u3001\u9810\u6e2c\u548c\u5206\u6790\u7684\u80fd\u529b\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u8a72\u6578\u64da\u5e73\u53f0\u53ef\u4ee5\u5229\u7528\u5275\u65b0\u6280\u8853\u548c\u5b89\u5168\u6578\u64da\u8cc7\u6e90\uff08\u4f8b\u5982\u8eca\u8f09\u8cc7\u8a0a\u7cfb\u7d71\u548c\u65b0\u63a8\u51fa\u7684\u78b0\u649e\u5efa\u6a21\u529f\u80fd\uff09\u4f86\u5e6b\u52a9\u6e1b\u5c11\u8a72\u5730\u5340\u9053\u8def\u78b0\u649e\u7684\u6578\u91cf\u548c\u56b4\u91cd\u7a0b\u5ea6\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201c\u4ea4\u901a\u5b89\u5168\u662f\u6211\u5011\u4f5c\u70ba\u4e00\u500b\u5730\u5340\u9762\u81e8\u7684\u6700\u91cd\u8981\u8b70\u984c\u4e4b\u4e00\uff0c\u4e5f\u662f SCAG \u5728\u88fd\u5b9a\u4e0b\u4e00\u500b\u300eConnect SoCal\u5340\u57df\u4ea4\u901a\u8a08\u756b\/\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u767c\u5c55\u793e\u5340\u7b56\u7565\u300f\u6642\u7684\u6700\u9ad8\u512a\u5148\u4e8b\u9805\u4e4b\u4e00\u3002\u9019\u4e9b\u65b0\u7684\u3001\u66f4\u52d5\u614b\u7684\u6578\u64da\u8cc7\u6e90\u548c\u5b89\u5168\u5206\u6790\u65b9\u6cd5\u5c07\u5e6b\u52a9\u6211\u5011\u5927\u5e45\u63d0\u9ad8\u591a\u5f0f\u806f\u904b\u7cfb\u7d71\u7684\u5b89\u5168\u6027\u3002\u201dSCAG \u4e3b\u5e2d\u3001\u5e03\u57c3\u7d0d\u5e15\u514b\u5e02\u9577 Art Brown \u8aaa\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>OTS \u9084\u64a5\u6b3e 135 \u842c\u7f8e\u5143\uff0c\u7528\u65bc\u7e7c\u7e8c SCAG \u7684 \u201cGo Human\u201d \u8a08\u5283\uff0c\u8a72\u8a08\u5283\u65bc 2015 \u5e74\u555f\u52d5\uff0c\u65e8\u5728\u6e1b\u5c11\u78b0\u649e\u3001\u63d0\u9ad8\u4eba\u5011\u6b65\u884c\u548c\u9a0e\u81ea\u884c\u8eca\u7684\u5b89\u5168\u6027\uff0c\u4e26\u63d0\u9ad8\u4eba\u5011\u5c0d\u4ea4\u901a\u5b89\u5168\u91cd\u8981\u6027\u7684\u8a8d\u8b58\u3002\u65b0\u6388\u4e88\u7684 OTS \u88dc\u52a9\u5c07\u8cc7\u52a9\u6301\u7e8c\u5230 2024 \u5e74 9 \u6708 30 \u65e5\u7684 \u201cGo Human\u201d \u6d3b\u52d5\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u5728 Go Human \u6e96\u5099\u9032\u5165\u5176\u898f\u5283\u7684\u7b2c\u5341\u500b\u5e74\u982d\u4e4b\u969b\uff0c\u9032\u884c\u7814\u7a76\uff0c\u70ba Go Human \u7684\u65b0\u5c08\u6848\u63d0\u4f9b\u7576\u524d\u3001\u76f8\u95dc\u4e14\u516c\u5e73\u7684\u65b9\u6cd5\u63d0\u4f9b\u5efa\u8b70\u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u8207 Go Human Safety Cohort \u7684\u63a5\u89f8\u548c\u5354\u8abf\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u70ba\u793e\u5340\u5408\u4f5c\u5925\u4f34\u767c\u8d77\u793e\u5340\u8857\u9053\u88dc\u52a9\u8a08\u756b\u7684\u7af6\u722d\u6027\u5fb5\u96c6\uff1b\u5be6\u65bd SCAG Go Human \u7684\u4ea4\u901a\u5b89\u5168\u96f6\u4ef6\u5957\u4ef6\uff0c\u7528\u65bc\u81e8\u6642\u5c55\u793a\u66f4\u5b89\u5168\u7684\u8857\u9053\u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u806f\u5408\u54c1\u724c\u5b89\u5168\u5ee3\u544a\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u5411\u81f4\u529b\u65bc\u300cGo Human\u5b89\u5168\u627f\u8afe\u300d\u7684\u53f8\u6cd5\u7ba1\u8f44\u5340\u548c\u793e\u5340\u5408\u4f5c\u5925\u4f34\u514d\u8cbb\u63d0\u4f9b\u7684\u5370\u5237\u54c1\u548c\u6578\u4f4d\u5716\u5f62\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u81ea 2018 \u5e74\u4ee5\u4f86\uff0cSCAG \u5df2\u76f4\u63a5\u5411\u793e\u5340\u7d44\u7e54\u5206\u767c\u8d85\u904e 893,000 \u7f8e\u5143\u4ee5\u5be6\u65bd\u5b89\u5168\u9805\u76ee\uff0c\u4e26\u5411\u7576\u5730\u53f8\u6cd5\u7ba1\u8f44\u5340\u5206\u767c\u4e86\u6578\u5343\u500b\u806f\u5408\u54c1\u724c\u5b89\u5168\u5ee3\u544a\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>SCAG \u57f7\u884c\u4e3b\u4efb Kome Ajise \u8868\u793a\uff1a\u201cGo Human \u81f4\u529b\u65bc\u57f9\u80b2\u5275\u65b0\u89e3\u6c7a\u65b9\u6848\uff0c\u589e\u5f37\u6211\u5011\u5730\u5340\u7684\u80fd\u529b\uff0c\u63d0\u9ad8\u53d7\u4ea4\u901a\u66b4\u529b\u4e8b\u6545\u5f71\u97ff\u6700\u56b4\u91cd\u7684\u4eba\u7fa4\uff08\u5c24\u5176\u662f\u884c\u4eba\u548c\u9a0e\u81ea\u884c\u8eca\u8005\uff09\u7684\u5b89\u5168\u3002\u201d \u201c\u9019\u7b46\u8cc7\u91d1\u4f7f\u6211\u5011\u80fd\u5920\u7e7c\u7e8c\u8207 OTS \u5408\u4f5c\uff0c\u52aa\u529b\u6539\u8b8a\u5357\u52a0\u5dde\u7684\u5b89\u5168\u548c\u7121\u969c\u7919\u6587\u5316\u3002\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u8a72\u8a08\u5283\u7684\u8cc7\u91d1\u7531\u52a0\u5dde\u4ea4\u901a\u5b89\u5168\u8fa6\u516c\u5ba4\u900f\u904e\u570b\u5bb6\u516c\u8def\u4ea4\u901a\u5b89\u5168\u7ba1\u7406\u5c40\u63d0\u4f9b\u7684\u64a5\u6b3e\u63d0\u4f9b\u3002\u6709\u95dc
