Katrina Foley&#8217;s campaign reported a fundraising haul of more than $215,000, compared to just $83,000 for Dixon. Supervisor Foley&#8217;s cash-on-hand advantage is even greater\u2013her war chest tops $228,000 as of June 30, against Dixon\u2019s mere $62,000, giving Foley a cash-on-hand advantage of more than three-to-one,&nbsp; and growing.<br><br>Supervisor Katrina Foley released the following statement responding to the news:<br><em>\u201cOrange County families, workers, public safety advocates, and business owners want effective, ethical leadership on the Board of Supervisors.
