Milligan; founder and former executive director of Alabama Forward<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u6295\u7968\u6743\u5021\u8bae\u4eba\u58eb\u3001\u6700\u9ad8\u6cd5\u9662\u300cAllen v. Milligan\u300d\u6848\u4e3b\u8981\u539f\u544a Evan Milligan\uff1a<\/strong>
