California Secretary of State Shirley N. Weber, Ph.D., will host a virtual media briefing in advance of the November 3, 2026, Statewide General Election. The briefing will cover:

• How voters can register to vote or update their voter registration.
• How to vote.
• Voting early.
• Other important information about the election.

Following her remarks, Secretary Weber will take questions from the media.
